We FINALLY did something with this awesome hook/cubby/frame thing you gave us. We took out the broken mirror and bought a piece of plywood to replace it (which could be a whole separate blog post about Lowe's but I won't bore you all) and painted it with chalkboard paint! It looks awesome. And although the frame itself has been hanging in our entryway since we moved in, we are excited to actually have something functional in it instead of just a big empty piece of wood.
And we each have our own cubby :-) Just like in kindergarten. ha. I may have to figure out something a little bit cooler to do with our names, other than just sharpie on construction paper, but it works for now!
We think of our Honduran friends every time we take the dog for a walk or hang up our keys :-)
