Her new favorite snack/teether

Adelaide tried pickles for the first time the other day.
First day trying pickles.

At first taste she wasn't too sure. But I guess I ate enough of them while I was pregnant that the love of pickles was already engrained in her.  Not only is it a tasty snack, but it also feels oh-so-good on those teething gums.
Second taste... just hanging out... eatin' some pickles.

She loves the pickles, and I love the fact that she stayed in one place for like 20 minutes.  It's the perfect size for her little hands and her little mouth.

I had to watch closely and eventually I had to take it away because she kept biting off big chunks.

I would like to thank Elizabeth D. Rutter for imparting her love of pickles to me, and thereby also imparting her love of pickles to my homegirl.

She and I are going to get along just fine--especially if she likes the Kosher Dill kind with the garlic! I like that the pictures remind me of a comic strip with the story included! Miss you, Linds!
