At times I wish I had hair that would curl, at least slightly. I never even try anymore because my hair is just too persistent about being straight and it falls out right away. After looking at girls' beautiful loose curls in church this morning, i thought I would come home and try again. Schub's response?
"Oh did you wrinkle your hair?"
Awesome. Wrinkly hair. "I guess it doesn't look very good," I said. To which Schub replied, "uh... I guess it's going somewhere."
At least it made me laugh and was a good reminder of why i don't curl my hair.

we straight haired girls can't spontaneously decide to curl our hair - don't you know that? we have to decide it days in advance so we can stop washing our hair so that it will be gross enough to hold a curl for longer than a half a second....

hahaha this made me laugh out loud. For the record, your hair is ALWAYS shiny and healthy and beautiful, probably b/c you dont put a lot of heat on it :)
