Yummy Yummy

I have a very creative and adventurous husband. We've been getting Better Homes and Gardens for a couple years now (thanks to my sister Brooke!), and I'm the one who flips through the recipe section and goes "mmmm.... that looks good." And then I put the magazine away and never make it. Schub, on the other hand goes, "mmm.... that looks good. Let's get the ingredients and make it!" What a novel idea. So we have tried many new and fantastic recipes, thanks to him.
Well, the other night was one of those evenings when we had a lot of random stuff in the house, but I didn't have a dinner actually planned to make with anything. So Schub got on the computer and just started figuring out what in the world we could make with all the ingredients we had in the house.

This is what he came up with, and it was DE-LICIOUS.


I don't know what it's called, but it's salmon stuffed with cream cheese, herbs and garlic, topped with slivered almonds and parmesan cheese. yummers.
