Boys in the Hood

This afternoon on a quick after-lunch walk with Nacho, we passed the neighbor boys again. One of them said "Did you get us that basketball goal?" I said no and he literally said, "why not?" When I tried to explain to him that I wish we could buy toys all the time but we just can't, he said, "well.... can you buy us something else then?" He was up for anything... how kind. Where did they get the idea that we are the toy fairies??
